Jennifer Danko is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Design at MacEwan University, with 18 years of experience in User Experience Design and Human-Centered Design Research and Development. Her expertise lies in co-designing community-driven health initiatives and developing accessible, user-centered communication platforms. Jennifer’s work in healthcare communications has earned international recognition through collaborations with multi-disciplinary teams. Her teaching and research focus on the intersection of design, technology, and healthcare communication, with a particular emphasis on improving patient experiences and outcomes. She is passionate about empowering multi-disciplinary teams to create impactful, user-centered solutions that foster sustainable, long-lasting outcomes for future generations and empower meaningful communication in complex environments.
